The Satellite Phone Store (aka SPS) Affiliate Program rewards you for referring your friends, family, colleagues and beyond to use purchase a SPS phone and minute plan.

As a SPS affiliate, you receive: A single $100 commission for every completed.

Getting Started: 
Fill out our Affiliate Registration form and click "Apply" to sign up!

After you complete the online application on the registration page, SPS will provide email notification within 10 business days. If approved, you can access your account and start sharing links/banners. Visitors can click and purchase a phone and plan through the links/banners, and if the referral stays past the 45-day cancellation period you will receive an account credit. (Sale)

Requirements
A valid URL to a personal site is needed at sign up for approval. We reserve the right to reject any sites at our sole discretion.  US participants must provide Taxpayer ID or SSN at the time of sign up. If you live outside the US, please enter ‘non-US’.

Commission Fees
SPS affiliates earn a standard commission rate of $50 for all referrals who sign up using their link and/or with an approved email conversion trigger for a phone and/or minute contract.  We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to refunded payments and erroneous charges.  Commissions are paid out via PayPal.  It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal account details are accurate and up-to-date in order to receive payment.

Cookies 
Cookies will stay active for 90 days from the initial visit.

Restrictions on Promotion
The SPS affiliate program is designed for affiliates to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. 3rd party resale sites such as Amazon, eBay, Poshmart, etc do not qualify. Paid ads through search engines, etc are prohibited. (Including but not limited to Trademark words and Company Names) Paid advertisements on any social media sites are prohibited.  Pay per click ads that link directly to referral URL are prohibited.  Coupon sites are prohibited.  Any use of fraudulent promotions, discounts, or coupons will cause affiliate accounts to be terminated.

Any other method that in the sole discretion of SPS is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued participation in the SPS program in jeopardy.

Legal Compliance

All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Refers SPS ion reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by SPS. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the SPS network.

Connecta Satellite Solutions LLC. DBA: SatellitePhoneStore.com (SPS) may collect information from you when you register the site, fill out forms, or make a purchase. Any information collected may be used in the following ways:

• To personalize your experience and to improve our website functions and customer service based on input from our users
  We continually work towards bringing you the best service possible, and customer input is very important to this process.
• To process transactions
  Where it is applicable, it may be required for us to share personal information with another company in order for us to properly process your orders for service. SPS will in these cases only share that information which is required by the service provider for the completion of your order.
• To send periodic email notices
  The email address you provide may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to company news, related product and service information, updates, etc. Emails not generated automatically by our order processing system are optional and can be unsubscribed from.

Disclosure to Outside Parties
SPS does not and will not share or use customer information other than for strict purposes of conducting and executing a transaction of business with that customer. No other companies or parties are allowed access to any information collected by SPS except for the purpose of completing an agreement of service with a related service provider.

At our discretion it may also be required for us to release your information in order to properly comply with the law or protect other users rights, property, or safety. In these cases your information may be released to the proper authorities at our discretion.

Non identifying visitor information may be provided to other companies at our discretion.
